This application is for all artist and merchant vendors wishing to vend at the 2026 Three Barons Renaissance Fair. Reading the vendor handbook is mandatory prior to filling out this application.

NOTE: All vendors are required to vend both weekends, excluding roving vendors who may come as their schedule allows.
Stall spaces are for youth only.
Number of Wrist Bands (up to 4 complimentary, 6 additional allowed at $5 each)

Would you like to make a donation to be used as a prize?
Donations collected are used for various prizes leading up to and during the fair. Donations may be combined with other items to create a package for events such as drawings, costume contests, etc. If you select yes, more information will follow at a later time via the organizing committee for such events.
Would you like to be contacted for volunteer opportunities?
Volunteer opportunities may include tasks such as: signage repair, decorating nearby spaces, creating vendor adjacent questing zones. All these tasks will be skill based and done with tools and materials provided by The Three Barons Fair.

 Applications that do not have photo submission will likely not be considered.

Progress Intentions
Please share what commitments you can make towards bringing your booth into seamlessly blending with our immersive experience our cast works hard to create. If returning, how do you intend to take your booth a step further into the world of the fair, then you were able to last year.

In order to keep the fair safe and efficient for our guests and staff, lines may not stretch into the pathways.

Response Timeframe
I understand that by submitting this form, no other action can be taken towards progressing my application until I hear back from vendor management March 17th 2026. Upon approval, I will not be assigned a space until all fees are paid in full via square invoice. If the vendor management team does not get a response within two weeks of application approval (March 31st) we reserve the right to move onto the next applicant. Applications that are not properly filled out are not valid submissions. I will also be required to sign a lease agreement during check-in. Check-in is mandatory.

Fair Etiquette
The Three Barons fair is a non-profit, volunteer run organization. Board of Directors, Cast and Vendor Management Team donate their time and talent for the love of this event. Please keep this in mind when interacting with all who are working hard to put on the best fair possible. At no time will unkindness be tolerated towards Management, Cast, Patrons or other Vendors. Conduct that does not meet this standard will have consequences and could result in your removal from the fair.
MOA Fire Safety
( As of 2024)
The Municipality of Anchorage Fire Inspector, has notified 3BF that updated regulations regarding canvas tents, canopies and walls had changed. All vendors’ tents/canopies/sidewalls are required to meet the flame propagation performance of NFPA 701, State of California Fire Marshal or CPAI-84 AND have a permanently affixed label.  Any tent/canopy/sidewall that does not meet the flame propagation performance and/or have a permanently affixed label is prohibited and will not be allowed.

The enforcement applies to all vendors, even if your structure was previously approved.

For returning vendors: the vendor committee will be reviewing photos of your setup from last year. If you would like to hear our notes on how your setup could improve, we would be glad to share them with you.
Would you like to donate a page to our coloring book?
We will be selling a 3 Barons Fair coloring book this year. Coloring pages can have the name and contact info for your business, but the images should be in the renaissance theme and not anachronistic or modern. No AI, and we will need the artists name and contact info for proper crediting. The deadline for submitting is April 30th.
